Refund policy

Return Procedure:

1. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item. After 14 days, we will not be able to accept your application.

2. Customer service will contact you after receiving your return request. And confirm for you whether the return process can continue.

3. Returned products must be unused, unreplaced, clean, unaltered, labeled and packaged. Please make sure to return the accessories together.

4. If the product is not returned or exchanged due to quality problems, the freight will be borne by the customer.

Plese note:

1. The size is measured by hand, and there may be slight differences with the actual product size (clothing: bust, waist, hip circumference ± 3 cm, product length and sleeve length ± 2 cm).

2. Some clothes and buttonholes may not be opened. Please cut it easily after receiving it. Be careful not to cut too many buttonholes.

3. Depending on shooting lighting and display settings, the actual color may be slightly different from the web page photo.
